Marjorie F. Fritz

Marjorie F. Fritz, age 90 of Ansonia, passed away October 17, 2023 at Hewitt Health & Rehabilitation Center, Shelton.  Marjorie was born in Burlington, MA, July 1, 1933, daughter of the late Henry and Julia Doherty Stevens.  She loved driving her camper back and forth to Georgia and playing Bingo.  She also helped out with the elderly at Ansonia Housing.  She is survived by her children, Robert Fritz (Avis) of Georgia, John Fritz (Darlene) of Georgia, Karen Rollinson (Jimmy) of Georgia, Dale Fritz (Laura) of Ansonia, Joyce Beck (Richard) of Derby, and Robin Perone (Isidore) of Florida, 18 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband John Fritz, her children Greg, Patrick, Marjorie, and Kim.  The family would like to thank the few special people that were there for her in the end.  A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday at 12PM at Assumption Church, 61 N. Cliff St., Ansonia.  Interment will be private.
